The people with REAL money, have started cooking again because they have the time. They are bored and need something to learn. Its like playing WoW, hitting 80 and then being like....eh, i guess ill max my fishing and cooking...
They're cheapo, when you get down inside and under stuff. And things break inside all the time. And they're very very hard to drive. Not worth the money. Just buy a house.
The interior shots are from 60 and 70 foot yachts, not a bus. Just look at the width of the bedroom for that to be a regular king sized bed and have that much foot room and what look like dressers it would have to be twice as wide as a regular bus. I'm surprised that self proclaimed maid didn't pick that out.
My wife and I are planning on buying a motor home to travel the country and do some hiking. Somehow I don't see parking this at a trail head without armed guard. Then again it might have one included.
@Mark This was first posted on another site and someone posted the link to the interior shots of a yacht to prove the interior was fake. Look at the pictures. Do you really think that that 2 large bedrooms, 2 large living rooms a bathroom and a kitchen all fit into that vehicle?
The first 5 pictures are of the Volkner. The next 11 photos are of a Newell. www.newellcoach.com
The photos of the newell are from various coaches, not just one. They are taken directly from Newell's website.
They are all custom built. If Joseph wants a large kitchen, they will build you one with a large kitchen.
They all come with a cupholder. The cleaning lady has never cleaned a newell, they use the finest materials and things don't break when you wipe it with a cloth and some windex.
These shots are not taken from a yacht, the extra width comes from adding the slide outs, that extend once the coach is parked to allow for extra room.
Newell builds the finest motor home available and builds the coach from the ground up. They can do things that a bus converter can't do. All newells have ZF suspension with a steer tag axle. A 45 foot coach can turn in a 37 foot turning radius. Pretty sweet.
The volkner might have some value on the smaller road ways of Europe, but here in the US using the cargo capacity to carry a car would be a waste. The car can be towed here in the US and still allow for large storage capacity of water, waste and fuel tanks.
The newell will have 250 gallons of fuel and 160 gallons of water and 160 gallons for waste
hey noticed sea and sky scene from dashboard on 7th picture from bottom. So this bus must be either amphibious or drowning, oh!! wait or it might be.....yatch??
Patriciodeltoro I have to agree with all you said. I live near Notre Dame University and every year there is a large RV and manufactured home show there. Both are big industry in this area. Companies show off the regular goods and then the top end goods. Some of those buss's and homes are unbelievable. I've seen some buss's with pop outs on both sides of the living area. Talk about a big living room. Also, they are not built on the cheap. The manufactured homes of today are nothing like even 20 years ago. You can get a cheaper one, but the mid range and up are stronger than a stick built house. They have to be to be moved and the codes are very strict now. The buss's built in this area are some of the best.
patric how long have you wprked for newell I built country coach for 18 years and I think newell is a low class coach comparied to cc heck moanco is better than a newell piece of poop. and for those who dont know dont say something like its a fact slide outs can make a living room 12 feet wide
Why is there always a maroon that mentions the starving bugs in Africa? When people work hard they deserve to purchase WHATEVER they WANT. Do you think we should all work hard live in a shack, eat ramon noodles and send the excess to Africa? And why is it that I get the feeling that the people who say this send them absolutely ZERO themselves? Not to mention MOST wealthy people donate more in a year (write-offs) than you make in that year. Get a clue then a grip!
You haven't lived until you've seen a demolition derby with a bunch of these in there. It's amazing. Couches, Microwaves, toilets, beds, stoves and all kinds of stuff end up on the track. Very entertaining.
Ive done both "tent"camping and RVing. I've gotta say Tent camping is much more fun. there is something to say about setting up a pavilion and making your home before your vacation. the RVing is just to easy! I guess some people like to take their home when they travel...cant blame them if they can afford it.
that is a real tardis if ever I saw one!! Whilst they are showing an interior which must amount to a largish house, the exterior of the 'buses' is obviously the size of a small couch-- amazing what one can fit into small space isn't it? lol!!!
I can't wait for the day some pompous prick pulls up behind me in one of these monsters and starts honking when I don't get out of his way because I am too busy preparing a Molotov Cocktail.
Hopefully the oil tycoon or GM exec doesn't get out before I'm finished because I'm sending his ass to hell in a multi million dollar inferno.
One less gluttonous asshole to spit in the face of the poverty and environment.
For those with more money than sense; this pure opulence is intended for people who are clearly better than the rest of us as we gaze on in astonishment at the toys of the super wealthy, it rubs against my egalitarian leanings.
I can only hope that if I am run down and killed by a vehicle it will be one of these. That way I can die in style.... but only if the driver dies too. hehehe
Do you know who makes this bus? And how much it cost?
more than you have
The bottom picture is not the same vehicle as the top. Why?
But this doesn't show the kitchen. If it doesn't have an equally awesome, at least adaquate kitchen, then it;s not for me
it's made by a german company in south germany. it costs about 1,5 million euros.
I'd hate to have to go over a speed bump in this thing, or up a steep driveway.
@Joseph:
When you have enough money to buy this bus, you don't cook your own meals anymore... :)
@hank and joeseph
The people with REAL money, have started cooking again because they have the time. They are bored and need something to learn. Its like playing WoW, hitting 80 and then being like....eh, i guess ill max my fishing and cooking...
A few things it's missing:
- Armor plating
- Bullet-proof glass
- A brush guard/battering ram
- A drilling rig with accompanying
miniature oil-refinery.
- Helipad
@MyDrinkingHabits
Seriously?
Credit Crunch
I noticed there isn't a drink holder for the driver ;)
I used to clean these for a living.

:[
The Company name is Volkner Mobil and it is located in Germany. The Web Site is:

@lard lass
Buzzkill...
But in all seriousness, I couldn't see myself ever buying one of these, regardless of how wealthy I may become.
Lard Lass said "I used to clean these for a living"
Yeah, what better source for multimillion dollar investment advice than the maid?
I know if I am considering buying an office building, the first person I seek out is the window washer.
and so tastefully (BARF!) done!
Driverside cupholder is included in the limited edition. :)

Scott Johnson - you probably SHOULD ask the help. They see all the little flaws that you don't notice on your quick run through. Duh.
@Ricktus - You can see on the bus that they are pushed out on the sides.

How does this exist?
Cool though

where's the pool?
is there a law for getting homejacked?
@MyDrinkingHabits
HAHAHAHAHA
Generally, this is awesome, but it's not nearly as awesome as the RV that turns into a boat. You just drive it into the water and bam, boat.
http://www.terrawind.com/terrawind.htm
thats straight laid !
Shame on us all for allowing am monster like this to be born.
hey noticed sea and sky scene from dashboard on 7th picture from bottom. So this bus must be either amphibious or drowning, oh!! wait or it might be.....yatch??
Nothing like roughing it in the wilderness.
"I noticed there isn't a drink holder for the driver ;)"
There is, it just happened to be his day off.

I had one of these before... I would deff recommend it to anyone I know...
I'm so rich and I have no morals. I don't even think about kids in Africa!
Plus, who needs love e happiness when you've got money??
Here's a question:
Why ?!?!?!!
Plus, the interior decoration is over the top.
Wow... that is amazing. I want one!! I wonder if it comes with a rich husband so I could afford it..lol
What economical crisis?
The bottom picture is the same as the top picture. Its simply a different color.
Very very nice bus/home tho.
Wish i could afford it!

ymm whatever happened to good old tent camping?
this is nuts!

Hey, Scott Johnson, be a little more of a pompous dick, why don't you? :D
I'd love to play in one of these. ha.

Considering how big that monstrosity is, I'm guessing that gas mileage would have to be specified in gallons per mile...
The title of this should have been "Who needs foreign oil then?
All it needs is its own nuclear reactor!
that is a real tardis if ever I saw one!! Whilst they are showing an interior which must amount to a largish house, the exterior of the 'buses' is obviously the size of a small couch-- amazing what one can fit into small space isn't it? lol!!!
I work for a company that sells these. You're looking at a price of at least a quarter mil. We have some with a million plus price tag.
tthe gypsy millionaires

I'm not impressed. Power it with renewable energy then I will be. Maybe Willie Nelson can help.
JUSTIN IS GOD!!!!! Great comment!

Man, Id love to park this from camp ground to camp ground. Where are the girls?
They showed this on Top Gear UK, I think it was like $500,000 not including the car.
im drunk
